"Been having alot of issues during the winter months. Summer months were perfect. No issues at all. Now that we have snow things have totally changed. There is no removal of snow at all and the security gate is open almost every day. Have called and sent emails with photos of upwards of 12 plus inches of snow and was told they would plow once the snow stopped. Well it shows in michigan until March sometimes. As of now our unit is unaccessible and has been for almost 2 weeks now due to the amount of snow. If routine maintence would be done this would be a great place but what is the use of paying for 2 units that you can notbhave access to?"

"The area and property seems very well taken care of. I feel safe with my property being stored there. My only complaint is that my passcode to get thru the gate does not work and I'm constantly having t call to get access. Just be aware There is no Live person at the property."

"Months ago my nephew had a unit there, when he was behind I helped pay for his unit when I was told his stuff was in there, I got a uhaul and when I went pick up his stuff everything was gone. They cleaned out the storage. They also began parting out his vehicle. Everything in his car was parted and they didn’t replace his stuff nor paid for all the parts that they parted out. They also didn’t pay me back my uhaul since I had rented one. When I talked to the manager who was working in Kalamazoo she stated she didn’t know everything wasn’t there. Then who took his stuff. And never heard from her again. I would never recommend this place to not one person. There is never anyone at this site to talk to."

"I had to do a rewrite of my previous review. That one was for the previous owners that were simply amazing. These folks frankly don't deserve that high praise...... New owners of the facility...polar opposite. They hiked up the unit price by nearly $40 since they took over. I've been trying to reach customer service for nearly a month to say I've moved my stuff out and want to discontinue service and I haven't gotten a single reply back via email or phone. Back in December, the facilities supposedly secure front gate was wide open. I had gone another time and the plow service they used plowed to the point nobody could get in to their units whether it was indoor or outdoor. I had an indoor unit and the door to get in usually is locked and I need to enter code to get in. Not so much anymore. That thing is just there for decoration at this point. Since prestige took over from space squared, things have just gone massively wrong and downhill. Highly wouldn't recommend this facility. By far the worst I've ever had to work with."
