"This rental location has always been good to me. I called today because I thought I lost my keys, work and unit, but I found them. Aaron was kind and professional. He was looking for them as well. Most places wouldn't care because it not their problem and they are right. But Aaron felt concerned and understood the need. Thank goodness I found 1$ a square foot elsewhere in the same market. They told me they didn't care if I couldn't afford the rate hike, then got short on the phone when I had questions asking them to explain market pricing and also asking if I could talk to someone seeing as I've been there and made my payments on time for 2 years. I don't hope you fail, but your employee hopes our family does. I am sorry that I gave you money for so long. I'm not sure how me having to call you after doing so a few times to try to speak with a real person is a resolution, you already treated me poorly and you can call me if it's worth it to you. Sweating and exhausted, him and his coworker observed us while walking by, noticing that we were struggling offered to bring us cold water from their cooler. Not only was that super nice and well needed, he had to walk all the way down to the office then all the way back to our unit then back again in the same heat we were dealing with. Not many people nowadays would do that. That saved us and replenished us for a little longer since we had half of our stuff outside of our unit and trailer and couldn't just leave it all to make a drink run to the store.
