"They charge ridiculous fees even tho the unit is still in the persons possession. My unit was $95 a month but somehow ended up paying $310 for 2 months because of all the absurd fees they tacked on. After I paid the $310 the office person, they left and I couldn't get in the gate because it kept saying restricted! I had to wait for another patron to use their code to gain access to my stuff."

"Booked a unit online. Got the gate code through email and unit number, came Sunday to access our unit and our gate code didn't work/ and or didn't give instructions to get into unit. Came back Tuesday during supposal office hours, door was locked and no one was in sight. Called and no answer. Watched someone else pull through the gate so their code worked, we don't have the right code I guess? How frustrating. This has been horrible and we can't get ahold of anyone. After this I WOULD NOT recommend storing here, definitely going to be in the process of getting our money back. That's IF we can get ahold of anyone."

"Do not store here. They will let ppl clip your lock and steal your things. I've been here over 5 years and am currently leaving this storage. I referred a 63 year old man to store his stuff here after his house caught on fire. They didn't even show him how to get to his storage bin. He thought it was outside. He called them several times over a period of days getting no response and when he finally did a week later they had already cut his lock and thru his stuff out and people went through it and stole anything valuable. It's really sad to see them treat a man in his 60s with a pace maker like this. They do not care about you or your property."
