"I was sent a gate code to use to access my storage unit which didn't work on saturday. I had to move a 600 lb piano up a staircase as I was not able to utilize their temperature controlled unit and it was after hours. I went to the storage place and asked for a refund as the gate code was not working and I was not able to utilize it and they said they had called me and left a voicemail telling me you had to add digits based on your phone number. I have no voicemail and they told me this is why they would be unable to issue a refund. The thing is I tried to call this place multiple times but received a robot instead of a real person after purchasing my unit and when I hit the option to talk to a real person I was sent straight to voicemail. Would not recommend these units."

Not sure about her name) is an awesome sales person :) I loved the way how she continued to hustle me and convinced me not to rent a unit at “Rise” ( your competition next door) instead rent the unit from her. Very sharp and professional manner's. Also the other gentlemen was very nice a polite who showed me the units. Your facility is nice and clean and well Maintained. Just please don’t try jack up the rent for at least 12 months. This is what I hate the about other storage facilities."
