"THEY WILL PUT FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. You will not be able to speak to a human being. You will not be able to cancel your storage unit. I have called 7 times in the past week, left 7 messages, and gotten 0 responses. I have been trying to cancel my unit for a week and they just won't. They will duck your phone calls. Additionally, they sent me the wrong gate code via email when I first rented the unit, and then I had to wait on hold for almost 2 hours to get the correct code. The unit was full of black mold, which ruined my futon and bedsheets. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have still not been able to speak to anyone at this location. I have called their corporate line to file a complaint, hopefully they will fix this."

"Unfortunately, our experience with this business was quite different from all of the glowing five-star reviews I see here. Virtually every interaction with them was difficult and handled poorly. We rented a climate controled unit one week ahead of a move from West Virginia. We arrived with a full moving van only to find that a key was required and that was never mentioned to us. The Manager did finally meet us and provide the needed key, however, this kept the driver, his helper and an additional local helper cooling their heels for some time. That was only the beginning of our problems. Many billing issues with the two units that we rented. Difficulties with the codes getting into the facility were frustrating. You can never seem to get anyone on the phone to talk to and have to leave a message, which is often not returned. Sorry that our experience was so different from everyone else, but I felt it was important that this get posted. All experiences with this company are not wonderful"
