"I enjoyed this storage unit while i had it. Recent events in my life have caused me to have to cancel, but the facility was clean and secure, and my climate controlled unit was kept nice and warm. Above all else the staff members were very kind. Lynn, in particular, was amazing. The only and biggest gripe i have is the fact that my unit had no lighting inside. A lot of the smaller temperature controlled units dont have lighting, and it's a pretty huge inconvenience and safety hazard. Lynn took all my complaints to management, and management just doesn't seem to care enough to fix the lights. Would recommend, but depending on your unit, make sure you got a good flashlight."
